Rates

Free shipping on orders $200 and over. Flat $15 Canada Post Xpresspost on orders under $200. No surprise fees at checkout — what you see is what you pay.

Dispatch

Orders confirmed before 4 PM EST ship same-day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays ship the next business day. You'll get an email with tracking the moment your package leaves the lab.

Cold-chain handling

Refrigeration-required SKUs (most lyophilized peptides, GLP-1s, HGH) ship in insulated cold-pack mailers with frozen gel packs. Cold-chain integrity is monitored from packing to dispatch. A packaging photo is included in your shipping confirmation email so you can verify the cold-pack arrived intact.

Where we ship

Canadian shipping addresses only. No exceptions, no workarounds. We do not ship to PO boxes for cold-chain SKUs (the package needs a person to receive it). All ten provinces and three territories supported.

Discreet packaging

Plain outer packaging — no Novo Pharma branding visible on the box. Return address is a generic Canadian fulfillment line. Contents are listed as "laboratory supplies" on the customs/tracking label.

Tracking

Every order includes Canada Post Xpresspost tracking. Typical transit is 1-2 business days within central Canada, 2-3 days to the West Coast and Maritimes, 3-5 days to the territories. Signature is required on delivery for orders over $300.
